Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cirkul Flavor. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

• Condition for Returns: Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging included.

• How to Return: Please send an email to rednightmare19752@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

• Shipping Costs: For returns not related to product defects, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Policy Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately.

• Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Non-refundable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, flavor cartridges that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or does not match your order, please take a photo and contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
